These Terms of Service govern your use of Clyde CBS services. By signing up or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Jordan Murray, trading as Clyde CBS, a sole trader based in Paisley, Scotland.
Clyde CBS provides an AI-powered enquiry management system for tradesmen. This includes:
The specific features included in your service are as described on our website and confirmed at the time of sign-up.
A one-off setup fee of £250 is charged before work begins. This covers the build of your AI bot, connection of your social media accounts, and configuration of your dashboard. The setup fee is non-refundable once the build has commenced.
You must provide access to your Facebook Page and Instagram account as part of the setup process. Delays caused by failure to provide access in a timely manner are not the responsibility of Clyde CBS.
Setup is typically completed within 2–3 working days of the setup fee being received and access being granted.
The monthly subscription fee is £300 per month, payable in advance. The first monthly payment is due when your system goes live.
Payments are collected via the agreed payment method at the time of sign-up. If a payment fails, Clyde CBS reserves the right to suspend the service until the outstanding amount is settled.
Prices may be reviewed from time to time. You will be given at least 30 days' written notice of any price change.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Jordan Murray directly. There is no minimum contract term and no cancellation fee.
On cancellation, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Clyde CBS may terminate the service with immediate effect if you are in material breach of these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason.
As a client, you are responsible for:
The AI bot will introduce itself as an AI assistant to customers. You must not instruct Clyde CBS to configure the bot to conceal its AI nature.
All intellectual property in the Clyde CBS platform, including software, workflows, templates, and systems, remains the property of Clyde CBS. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the service for the duration of your subscription.
Content you provide — such as your business name, services, and pricing — remains your property and is used solely to configure and operate your AI bot.
Clyde CBS will use reasonable skill and care in providing the service. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, as it depends on third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and GoHighLevel.
Clyde CBS is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data arising from:
Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Clyde CBS processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor in relation to your customers' enquiry data. You, as the tradesman, remain the data controller in respect of your customers' data.
Clyde CBS may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
