As part of delivering our service to clients:

• Business name, email address, and phone number for account setup
• Facebook Page and Instagram account details (for integration purposes)
• Details of your customers that are captured by the AI enquiry system (names, contact details, job information)

2. How we use your information

Information submitted via the enquiry form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to set up and deliver your Clyde CBS system.

As an active client, your business and customer data is used to operate your AI enquiry bot, maintain your lead pipeline, send automated review request emails on your behalf, and provide ongoing support.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes beyond the service you have signed up for, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:

• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and operate the services clients have requested
• Contract performance — to fulfil our obligations under the service agreement with clients
• Consent — where specifically indicated, such as for marketing communications

4. Third-party services we use

We use the following third-party services to operate our business and deliver our service:

• Formspree — processes enquiry form submissions from this website. Your form data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree. View their privacy policy at formspree.io.
• GoHighLevel (GHL) — our underlying CRM and automation platform. Client and customer data is stored within GHL. View their privacy policy at gohighlevel.com.
• Vercel — hosts this website. View their privacy policy at vercel.com.
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — used to connect your business pages to the AI enquiry system. Messages processed through the integration are subject to Meta's data policies.
• Google Fonts — used to load fonts on this website, which may result in your IP address being sent to Google's servers.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. If you cancel your Clyde CBS subscription, we will retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

Enquiry form submissions are retained for up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
